Property Description
This superior luxury villa is surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers and exotic plants. You can help yourself to some of our oranges, mangos, bananas, limes, avocados or even Jamaican ackee and breadfruit that grow in our gardens. You will enjoy luxury and complete privacy with your own pool and veranda overlooking two golf courses. Within a half hour's travel, you can find two more golf courses. Whether you wish to be active or just kick back and enjoy the white sand beaches, Montego Bay has it all. Five minutes from the villa you can enjoy the beach, play slot machines or visit the duty free shops. Jamaica is known for some of the finest scuba diving in the Caribbean. Guests receive discounts on scuba diving and snorkeling. Also nearby are tennis, fishing, water-skiing and horseback riding.

If booking request accepted by owner, all funds MUST be in this office within 3 days of booking-either by fed ex, ups, dhl or PayPal. No exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/old_countries travel insurance is REQUIRED. Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.
