A sweeping staircase takes you up to an expansive second floor. The cool, breezy, open mediterranean - style interior invites spacious living and casual entertaining. No refunds if booked within 90 days of departure/arrival dates. Deposits non refundable, Travel insurance strongly suggested; waiver must be on file prior to sending funds to Europe.

Other policies

If booking request accepted by owner, all funds MUST be in this office within 3 days of booking-either by fed ex, ups, dhl or PayPal. No exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/old_countries travel insurance is REQUIRED. Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.
