The capital city of Kingstown is located in the southwestern part of the island, hugging a mile-wide swath of land on Kingstown Bay backed up by a ring of green hills and ridges. Nicknamed the “City of Arches???, Kingstown is full of old world charm, with Cobblestone sidewalks, old brick buildings and like many Caribbean capitals, much of the colour and bustle of the island can be found in the market square at the corner of Bay and Bedford Streets.

All villas are artistically decorated and all unique, with enchanting murals and hidden delights for the eye to slowly reveal. The fully landscaped tropical garden has an infinity-edge swimming pool overlooking the beach and a central rock waterfall feature with a terrapin pond. Amenities for honeymooners or couples seeking a retreat are 1 bedroom with four-poster king size bed, ceiling fans, air condition, satellite TV, hi-fi / CD-Player and „love seat“ with panoramic view - 1 ensuite bathroom shower/WC – 1 small living area - 1 well fitted kitchen - spacious terrace with covered dining area and private jacuzzi on the sun deck. The fully landscaped tropical garden has an infinity-edge swimming pool overlooking the beach and a central rock waterfall feature with a terrapin pond. Internet for those who just cannot get away.

Other policies

If booking request accepted by owner, all funds MUST be in this office within 3 days of booking-either by fed ex, ups, dhl or PayPal. No exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/old_countries travel insurance is REQUIRED. Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.
