No refunds if booked within 90 days of departure/arrival dates. Deposits non refundable, Travel insurance strongly suggested; waiver must be on file prior to sending funds to Europe.

$165 USD administration fee All taxes must be paid on site - tourist taxes . Clients responsible for all currency exchange charges (wire transfers or bank drafts)

-Other policies

If booking request accepted by owner, all funds MUST be in this office within 3 days of booking-either by fed ex, ups, dhl or PayPal. No exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/old_countries travel insurance is REQUIRED.
