The pretty village of Greve in Chianti is enticingly just a few minutes drive for restaurants, grocers, wine bars and delicatessen, as well as a charming Saturday market.

A restored 16th century Tuscan farmhouse is located in the Chianti Classico region of Italy on its own wine estate. The estate itself comprises well kept vineyards, olive groves and is surrounded by woodland ideal for relaxing walks. There is also the possibility to visit the estate centre and its cellars to taste and purchase various brands of the estates fine wines and extra-virgin olive oil. The property itself is of a high standard with a sunset facing swimming pool, a gazebo for shade and relaxation with table, chairs, sun deck and deck chairs, all with panoramic views extending to the Appenines on a clear day. If booking request accepted by owner, all funds MUST be in this office within 3 days of booking-either by fed ex, ups, dhl or PayPal. No exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/old_countries travel insurance is REQUIRED. Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.

 

Call or Email for availability, seasonal pricing and other fees are quoted in Euro, Sterling or US$ and exchange rates vary daily. Security deposits, final cleaning, tourist tax are (usually) payable at upon arrival. Please add us to your safe email list for timely responses.
