Area description

Nova. Pla.n. 10 km from Brunta.l: Nice town situated near the Slezska Harta reservoir, in the heart of natural countryside. On site: good restaurants, swimming pool with slide and restaurant, 2 tennis courts, fishing, different water sports, hunting (in season), mushroom and small fruit gathering, horseriding are available. Well-known summer holiday resort directly by the lake. All shops, restaurants etc. in Bruntál 20 km. In the resort: grocers, restaurant. Indoor pool at 20 - 30 km. Opava 30 km. Olomouc 45 km. Water basin Slezska Harta, approx 10 m2 large. Naturpark Moravice, one of the largests and highest area in Opava. The valley of the Moravice is very good for excursions/ Jakartovice 12 km, picturesque and romantic lakes. For arrivals by plane: airport Wien International (VIE), Ostrava (OSR).

 

Property Description

This 4-room house located in the countryside with views of the mountains, close to skiing and summer hiking and watersports, has comfortable and modern furnishings: with satellite-TV and radio, exit to the terrace. A Balcony is in a south-west facing position. Reserved parking, fenced (4 cars). The 1st floor has partly sloping ceilings. Horseback riding is available and for a fee, hunting and fishing licenses can be obtained for use during your visit.

If booking request accepted by owner, all funds MUST be in this office within 3 days of booking-either by fed ex, ups, dhl or PayPal. No exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/old_countries travel insurance is REQUIRED. Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.
