Motor access to the house, except in winter 300 m (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Recently remodeled chalet awaits you in a beautiful area in the middle of the alpine pasturelands of Falkertalm in the heart of the picturesque Nockberge Nature Reserve.

No refunds if booked within 90 days of departure/arrival dates. Deposits non refundable, Travel insurance strongly suggested; waiver must be on file prior to sending funds to Europe.

If booking request accepted by owner, all funds MUST be in this office within 3 days of booking-either by fed ex, ups, dhl or PayPal. No exceptions. Currency exchange rates change daily and change upon final and initial deposits. In some areas/old_countries travel insurance is REQUIRED. Personal Cell phone use is desired by rental owners, security deposit returns can take up to 60+ days when waiting for phone bill charges which you are responsible for.
